JIMEI approached us to work on a brand restructuring to create a clear business structure that their customers and business partners can understand better. Through the brand audit and customer research, we identify the problems and strategise for our client.

JIMEI - Focuses on wholesale distribution.
JM Flower - Serving the retail shoppers for the everyday needs for fresh cuts flowers and plants.
JM Creation - Providing bespoke floral solutions for special occasions (e.g. weddings/events)

This is a proud project in that our agency is involved in the rebranding of the 3 brands after implementing the business restructuring strategy.
